Value of Certain Territories and Cities

Certain places are naturally more important then others strategically. In TOC, if the territories below are captured, the following events will take place.

Africa:
1) If the British lose East Egypt to the Axis, The Russians will not receive the British UVC through the Lend Lease Agreement in Dec. 1941, but rather Sept. 1942.
2) If the British lose Regions in the Middle East, every Allied Army Group will lose 1 light vehicle from their reenforcement count each Reenforcement period.
3) If the Axis lose Tunisia their reenforcement count each Reenforcement period to Africa will be Halfved.
4) If the Axis are kicked out of Africa completely then each Reenforcement Period the Russian Front Heeresgruppe will receive 5 less Infantry.

North Russia/ Scandinavia:
1) If the Russians lose Lenningrad, the Russian Army Group North will receive 2 Less Tanks (1 Heavy and 1 Light, or 2 Medium) each Reenforcement period and the germans can get KV1's.
2) If the Russians Lose Minsk, the Russian Army Group North will receive 1 Less Tank (Medium) each Reenforcement Period.
3) If the Russians lose Anchorage, both Russian Army Groups will not receive Universal Carriers at all.
4) If the Axis Lose Scandinavia (Finland and Norway) The Axis Heeresgruppe Nord will Lose 15 Infantry from its Roster.

South Russia/ Europe:
1) For every European (non Scandinavian) Territory that is taken by the Russians, both Axis Army Groups will receive 5 Less Infantry next Reenforcement period.
2) If the Axis lose Budapest, Heeresgruppe Sud will receive 5 Less Infantry and 1 Less Tank from it's current roster.
3) If the Axis lose Slovakia, all Axis Army Groups will receive 2 Less Panzers each Reenforcement Period.
4) If the Russians Lose Kharkov, the Russian Army Group South will receive 1 Less Tank (Heavy) each Reenforcement Period.
5) If the Russians Lose the Crimea, the Russian Army Group South will Lose 15 Infantry from its current roster.
6) If the Russians Lose the Caucasus, the German Army Groups wil each receive 2 extra APCs and 1 extra Medium Tank each Reenforcement period.
7) If the Russians Lose Stalingrad, Army Group South will only be able to keep 3 Medium Tanks and 2 APC's in its current Equipment roster.
