Referee during match

I believe we should have a referee or two on each side spactating the match to count the exact number of losses and make sure noone is cheating. Im sure it's kind of hard as a leader trying to play and counting how many men and vehicles they lose. As you can see right now in our last battle there is some confusion on how many tanks were destroyed in the match.


Anyone agree with me?

i see this bringing all new hassels of A) who wants to ref and B) someone will think the ref is biased.

I think Werner has stated the obvious complications of implementing a referee into matches, and I agree with him.

demo rec's

answer to all ref problems, just one person in spectactor, doesnt even have to be watching can just set demo recs up like they did in IC.
and its not biased, as from what i hear it basicly records the entire match. so any disputes can be solved by watching the video.

I really think we should start considering this...

If it does not work than we will have to have a referee. there is too much dishonesty or uncertainty from what ive seen so far in TOC and it cant continue like this.

We need to solve this immmediately.

In my opinion it's not really dishonestly, more like uncertainty. Counting how many players you lost before and after you die yourself is hard to do during the middle of a battle.

You are right Kimbal. It has from the start been uncertaintys. I think everyone just wants to play and play it right. It is because of uncertaintys that people start to appear to be dishonest. That goes for both sides russian and german alike.

It actually isnt that hard to keep track of everything though, if you get all the feedback from your team. But since we cant do this we need to get this goin right. something has to be done about it before the next battle.

Matches need to be either recorded, or someone like an admin has to get in the game and spectate. Otherwise TOC is no longer going to be worth playing for most units because i think alot of people are getting fed up with all the bickering that goes on after a battle. And i know its not just the southern groups that are having a frustrating time.

For TOC's sake, lets get a pole up or apply this right away.
