That, well put by Metalbourne, is the ultimate reason why we want you to join the campaign, have you seen the imbalance in numbers between the allied and axis units? Yes, I have. But that is hardly anyone's fault or reason to prosecute others, or start a public smear campaign? And as far as I know, 29th leadership has never promised to join TOC. They have considered the possibility of doing so, and since the Western front part of TOC has not yet been launched, I fail to see the reason why we are pressured to join in now. Or what is far more interesting, earlier? AFAIK there are 2 main reasons for us not to join; 1) we are not ready yet and 2) there is probably some differences in the concept of realism between us and TOC. Not being ready does NOT imply we would be afraid to lose. You can gain from losing, and you can lose much more from winning... Sadly, there seems to be the 3rd reason, which we can see on these kind of topics, and it's getting worse every day. And why make such a big fuzz about the whole thing? I'm getting a very sinister view on things, as I read these topics even more every day... It cannot be the case, that the whole RO/DH realism scene would rise or fall because of ONE single unit!?! Come on... be realistic. Furthermore, if you should feel the scene is in hazard of dying out, recruit new members to your unit and spread the knowledge on other similar game platforms, instead of prosecuting one unit in your own community.

| Unfortunetly, in the realism community esp. for the Allies, one unit does make a difference and it is sad, but it's true. Before SHD got into the realsim community (it was during the Noramandy Realsim Campaign), I saw a lot of Allied units that said they would play and said they had numbers to do so and turn 1 was never played and the campaign never happened. As far as the "Realism" community as a whole, it was dead because German units had no one to fight. If those units have no one to fight, the members begin to leave and units disbanded. Now that RO is a old game, getting new numbers to take their slots becomes harder and harder.
I decided, to make SHD into a realism unit as the 3rd Armored Division and start the T.O.C. ( made the T.O.C so it doesn't concentrate on only one front like Ostfront or Normandy) for a last ditch effort to get all realism units/individuals/regular clans to play realism in a hope to keep the community together.
I did talk to some of your commanders and they gave a 3 month training time window and said they may be able to deploy after that (that was well over 3 months ago). That was the only response I recieved and you can look up on your guys forum. I wrote to your leader several times and never recieved any answer or reply. Others did the same thing from German units and I was told other Allied units with no replys.
If you joined now, you could help out on the Russian front and play as a Russian unit like we do until 1944 when the Allies land in Normandy. I understand if yo udon't really play RO, but it's all for fun anyway and we could really use you. This is a game, and the point here is to have fun. Like the old saying goes, "Divided we stand, Divided we fall".

| Ah. The problem is, we don't really play RO and I don't see the 29th joining in as Red Army unit Personally I have nothing against the idea, but I do understand why that is so. EDIT: I do play RO personally, and if there was a Finnish unit and Finnish MOD, I would join instantly | |

Do they have a website somewhere? Haven't found any on Google... I gather they are portraying FFB of Waffen-SS? EDIT: Scratch that request, I found them already
